Membership

· Open to all individuals interested in AI, regardless of background or expertise level

Leadership Structure

· President: Oversees club operations and strategy

· Vice President: Assists the President and manages external relations

· Secretary: Handles administrative tasks and communications

· Treasurer: Manages club finances

· Event Coordinator: Plans and organizes club activities

· Technology Officer: Manages online platforms and technical resources

Amendments

This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of active members, with proposed changes to be circulated at least two weeks prior to voting.
